OUR STORYWe did not arrive here
through theory.
We arrived through
living it.
There was a time where everything looked like it was working - we were building, achieving, and holding a lot - but our bodies were carrying more than we understood.
We learned what it feels like to stay composed on the outside while something underneath stayed tight, alert, or unsettled. Over time, it became harder to ignore.
What changed everything was not doing more, but learning how to listen differently and working with the body in a way that actually allowed things to shift
tHE JOURNEY“This work isn’t separate from life. It’s about being able to live it,”
For a long time, functioning was enough for us. We kept going, held what needed to be held, and from the outside it probably looked fine and like all was well.
But our bodies were doing something else underneath all of that. Something we didn’t know how to name but felt as freezing, bracing and disconnecting. We were carrying everything that hadn't been met, and just continuing anyway.
At some point that stopped working, not in some big dramatic moment, just quietly, but undeniably. Our energy dropped, our clarity went, and things that had been held together for years started coming apart at the seams.
And alongside all of that, there was loss. We lost both our parents before we were thirty. We lost people we loved. We lost parts of ourselves we had built our whole lives around. And there were moments where the weight of it all made just being here feel uncertain.
What came after wasn't one turning point, there were many. Layer after layer of what we'd been carrying, personally and ancestrally, began to surface. We started to see how much of what we thought was just who we are had been shaped long before we had any say in it.
The work became about meeting that directly. Not pushing through it or trying to fix it or force anything to change, but learning to work with the body and the nervous system in a way that lets them finally put some things down.
Slowly, things began shifting and we noticed our systems soften, our energy return, and our clarity come back. And something we hadn't expected showed up too: a steadiness that had never really been there before. We also found our way back to each other. In a different way than before. More honest, more grounded, and more connected than we'd ever managed to be.
What we offer now comes from our own personal experience. From having lived inside the kinds of patterns we now help others work through. From knowing what it feels like to lose your ground, and from figuring out, slowly, how to build it back in a way that actually holds.
This work isn't separate from life. It's about being able to live it, with a body and a nervous system that isn't bracing and holding and carrying more than it needs to anymore.

Somatic Guide • Embodiment Practitioner •Two paths.
One shared understanding.
I am a trauma-informed somatic healer and subconscious guide. But my path here began in the corporate world. I spent years immersed in high-performance environments, understanding the pressure, the pace, and the invisible toll it takes. Like many of the people I work with now, I reached a breaking point.
Burnout. Overwhelm. A body that had been signalling for years and I had learned not to listen.
That is when I discovered the truth: lasting transformation does not come from pushing harder or collecting more tools. It comes from the body remembering what it feels like to be safe.
Today, my work is rooted in restoring safety, connection, and flow to a nervous system that has been in survival for far too long. I work with those who feel like they have done the work but still feel stuck, anxious, or emotionally reactive in ways they cannot explain.
Through nervous system rewiring, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic practice, I guide clients to release what is held at the root rather than managing it at the surface. When your body remembers safety, everything shifts. Your clarity, your presence, your capacity to lead and to love.
Healing, to me, is not about fixing what is wrong. It is about returning to what was always right within you.
Kaya Hankar
I work with people who are ready to meet themselves at the level where patterns are held in the body and lived in real time.
This work is not about fixing or improving who you are.
It’s about returning to what has always been there beneath the conditioning, adaptation, and survival mechanisms.
Through somatic work, shadow integration, and direct, present facilitation, we work with what is actually happening - not what should be happening.
What unfolds is shaped by the person in front of me, and what they are ready to face, feel, and move. I came to this work through my own process of unraveling and learning how to stay with what I had spent years moving away from.
That experience now informs how I hold others: with precision, honesty, and the capacity to remain present with what is real.
This is not surface-level work, and it’s not for everyone. It’s for those who are ready, because it changes how they move through themselves and through their lives.
This is the work I was born to hold. And it’s available to anyone willing to do what is required to come home to themselves.

FOUNDATIONNervous System Recalibration
Your nervous system is not a metaphor. It is the biological system that governs how safe you feel, how you respond under pressure, how well you sleep, how you connect, and how much capacity you have at any given moment. When it has been running in a chronic state of stress or survival, no amount of mindset work or strategy changes the baseline. Recalibration works directly with that baseline, bringing the system out of protection and into a state where growth, clarity, and connection become physiologically possible.
01
THE BODYSomatic Work
Most conventional therapy and coaching works from the top down — starting with the mind and hoping the body follows. Somatic work reverses that, because the patterns that keep showing up in your life and relationships aren't stored in your thoughts, they're stored in your body. Chronic stress, long-held tension, and the adaptive responses you developed to cope live in the nervous system, in the way the body has learned to brace and contract without you even noticing. This is where the shifts our clients have been looking for actually happen. Not through understanding the pattern, but through working directly with the body that's been holding it.
02
THE DEPTHShadow Integration
The subconscious mind runs approximately 95% of our behaviour — not through conscious choice, but through beliefs formed early in life in response to what felt safe, necessary, or true at the time. We work with both the body and the mind, because a nervous system that has been recalibrated and a subconscious still running on outdated beliefs will eventually pull in opposite directions. Subconscious mapping is how we find what's actually driving the patterns — not the story you tell about them, but the belief underneath that's been quietly running the show.
03
WHAT MAKES THE APPROACH DIFFERENTNot what we do.
What we believe
that others do not.
Most approaches stay at the level of insight. They help you understand what's happening, but never quite reach where it lives. We go deeper because we know from experience that understanding a pattern and actually shifting it are two entirely different things.
Real, lasting change happens in the body and the nervous system. A dysregulated nervous system cannot think or will its way into steadiness — it has to be brought there, directly and deliberately.
Where others work with the symptoms, we work with the root, which means nothing we do is about managing, performing wellness, or giving you more to intellectually process. We came to this through our own lives before it became our work, and that shapes everything about how we hold the people who come to us.
-
"The body is not a vehicle for the mind. It is the intelligence the mind has been trying to override."
-
“Healing is not something you achieve through effort. It is something your body already knows how to do, given the right conditions.”
-
"Most people have spent years developing insight into themselves. We are interested in what happens when that insight finally lands in the body."
-
"Burnout is not a productivity problem and cannot be solved like one. It is the body's most honest communication, the only meaningful response is to listen to it at that level."
-
"in not pushing through or quietly overriding what the body is trying to say. Steadiness is not built by doing more — it is what naturally emerges when the system beneath everything finally feels safe."
OUR MANIFESTOThe body holds everything that has been lived, carried, and not yet processed until it is met.
What looks like control, pressure, or constant drive is often a system that has adapted to more than it was meant to hold.
We work with what is already happening in the body, creating the conditions for it to shift in a way that holds.
How you lead, relate, and make decisions is shaped by how your system responds under pressure.
If it does not reach the body, it does not last.
This work is about no longer carrying what was never yours to hold, and being able to live and lead from there.
Every application is read personally by Kaya and Nicole. What comes next isn't a form — it's a conversation.
The work is available to you right now.
