We read every application personally and respond within a few days. If it feels like there might be a good fit, we'll invite you to a short call — not a sales call, just a genuine conversation where we can hear a little more about where you are and you can get a feel for how we work. There's no pressure on either side, and no obligation to proceed. We'd rather take the time to make sure it's right than rush anyone into something.
-
Not at all — and most people don't. You might just have a sense that something needs to change, without being able to fully articulate what. That's enough. Part of what we do in that first conversation is help you get clearer on what you're actually carrying, and whether what we offer is the right fit for it. You don't need to arrive with the answers.
-
It means we're not interested in the version of you that's coping well. We're interested in what's actually going on — the parts that are tired, the patterns you can't seem to shift, the things you haven't necessarily said out loud to anyone. That kind of honesty can feel exposing at first, especially for people who are used to being the one who holds things together for others. But it's also, in our experience, an enormous relief. Being met without judgment, without having to manage how you're coming across, is something many of our clients describe as something they didn't realise they'd been missing.
-
That depends on what you're working on and which offering is right for you, and we'll be clear about this before anything begins. What we'd say honestly is that the most important commitment isn't time — it's a genuine willingness to turn toward yourself, which can feel unfamiliar if you're used to directing most of your energy outward. We work with your life as it actually is, not an idealised version of it, and we never ask for more than is realistic.
-
Only ever as much as feels right. We don't push, we don't pry, and we don't need you to perform vulnerability to do this work. What we do ask is that you stay honest with us — about what's landing, what isn't, what feels hard. The work goes as deep as you're ready for, and that readiness can grow gradually. Many of our clients are quite private people, and they find that the safety of the space makes it easier to open up than they expected — but that's never something we force.
-
That's a really understandable concern, and one worth taking seriously rather than dismissing. Nervous system work is gentle by nature — we're not here to tear anything open or push you into territory that doesn't feel safe. The intention is always to resource you, to build capacity, to help your system feel safer rather than more destabilised. If something difficult surfaces, we move with care and at a pace that feels manageable. You're never alone in it.
-
The honest answer is that we can't promise outcomes, and anyone who does should be approached with caution. What we can tell you is that the work we do addresses something most other investments don't — not your skills, not your strategy, not your productivity, but the actual system underneath all of it. And in our experience, when that shifts, everything else tends to shift with it. The question worth sitting with isn't really whether it's worth it — it's whether the cost of staying exactly where you are is something you're still willing to pay.
-
There's rarely a perfect time, and waiting for one can become its own way of staying stuck. That said, there are times when someone's circumstances make deep work genuinely difficult — and if that's the case, we'll say so honestly rather than take someone on before they're ready. What we'd gently offer is this: if the question of timing is coming up, it's usually less about the calendar and more about whether you feel ready to prioritise yourself. And that's worth exploring.
-
We'd want to know straight away. Difficulty in this work isn't a sign that something has gone wrong — sometimes it means something is moving. But there's a difference between the discomfort of genuine change and something feeling genuinely too much, and we take that distinction seriously. You can always tell us when something doesn't feel right, and we'll adjust. The relationship we build with our clients is one where that kind of honesty is not just welcome, it's essential.
-
Because we're not the right fit for everyone, and we'd rather be honest about that upfront than take someone's time and money when the conditions for good work aren't there. The application process is our way of making sure that when we work together, we're both going in with clarity. It also means that if you do come on board, you can trust that we genuinely believe this is right for you — not just that you found us at the right moment and clicked a button.
