Let the words flow as if casting a spell. There’s no need for performance—just pure force. Then assert your declaration:

“You are hereby served. The grid of mirrored consequence is active. Your harm will now return to you through the bodies of the just.”

STEP 2: The Pulse of Interruption (Energetic Broadcast)

This is the core body practice. We will install an interruption pulse into your nervous system.

Do this:

Inhale deeply through your nose.
On the exhale, speak sharply: “RETURN.” (Visualize a web of distortion recoiling. Let it feel your voice as law.)

Now, still your body. Allow the frequency you’ve just emitted to settle into your cells. You may experience warmth, buzzing, tremors, grief, rage, or electric silence. This is good. It indicates that the coding is anchoring.
